By applying to or using UGC ACADEMY, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

UGC ACADEMY is a creator network. Membership is by application and approval. We may accept or decline applications, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform (e.g. YouTube) policies.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and use only one account per person.
Follow YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for all content.
Only connect YouTube channels you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Analytics access

Connecting your YouTube account is optional and grants us read-only access to your analytics to display them in your dashboard. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Payments

Any earnings/payouts are governed by the terms agreed with your network administrator.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
