UGC ACADEMY (“we”, “us”) operates the website https://ugcacademyfarm.com and a creator network where members create and manage short-form video content. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account & application data you provide: name, Telegram username, phone number, country, LinkedIn/social links, and channel links.
Verification & security data: your Telegram user ID, IP address, and a device/browser fingerprint — used only to confirm you are a real person and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
YouTube analytics data (only if you connect your YouTube account): channel and video performance metrics such as views, watch time, audience retention, audience demographics, traffic sources, and (if granted) estimated revenue.

2. Google / YouTube data & Limited Use

When you choose “Connect YouTube”, we request read-only access to your YouTube Analytics via Google OAuth. We use this data solely to show you and your network administrator your own channel analytics inside your dashboard. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide this feature.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard, which stops further access and removes your stored tokens.

3. How we use your information

To review applications and manage your membership.
To show performance analytics for your channels.
To contact you (via Telegram) about your account.
To keep the network safe (fraud / multi-account prevention).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers only to run the service: Google/YouTube (analytics), Telegram (messaging), and our hosting provider. Your network’s administrator can view your channel data as part of the program.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords are stored hashed and OAuth tokens are stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your choices

Disconnect YouTube any time (removes stored tokens).
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
